The overriding aim of Castings Technology International (CTI) of Sheffield is to improve competitiveness of UK casting producers through the personal development of individuals.

After attending the 'Get it Right' exhibition in Sheffield, CTI approached us to develop a training delivery platform for their existing PowerPoint training material in support of NVQs. The result was an online Training Management System (TMS) with a means to execute CD-Rom based training materials. Steve Oxley from CTI comments:
"Everyone was amazed at what we achieved in such a short time."
The system now supports delivery of videos, sound and interactive training materials. The NVQ assessors can keep in touch with students via the TMS and all their training and assessments are recorded on their own individual training records.
