"We have carefully constructed an induction training package for the Volunteers drawing in expertise from individuals and organisations. One of the partners to the project, Virtual College, has provided excellent support and is managing the web-based Training Management systems which are key to enabling learners to access the training from anywhere and be able to learn at a place and pace suitable for them."
